About LayerForge 3D

LayerForge 3D provides custom 3D printing and small-scale additive manufacturing for prototypes, replacement parts, functional components, personalized projects, and one-off ideas.

Our workflow is built around a simple goal: make it easy to go from a digital file to a finished physical part. Customers can upload STL or 3MF files, receive an automated estimate based on material usage and print time, approve the quote, and complete checkout securely through Shopify.

How we work

Every order is evaluated for manufacturability, material choice, orientation, support requirements, fit, and finish. Prints are produced to order and quality-checked before shipment.

LayerForge 3D currently supports PLA, PETG, PETG-CF, and TPU for custom-print estimates. Additional materials may be offered for specific jobs after review.

Because custom manufacturing varies from job to job, some orders may require clarification or manual review before production. We may contact you if your model needs changes, if tolerances are unclear, or if the requested material is not appropriate for the intended use.
